Abstract

This session will explore the benefits and strengths of multidisciplinary working within the context of a musculoskeletal interface service in the UK. Aspects of extending roles, redefining professional boundaries, clinical governance, team cohesion and academic and clinical partnerships will be explored. A project designed to integrateresearch evidence into local clinical practice will be shared in order to highlight key features of multidisciplinary working across health and academic settings.
