Abstract
Since 2020, the new crown pneumonia epidemic has brought a great impact on the rights and interests of workers. In response to the problems of labor relations and labor rights protection during the anti-epidemic resumption of work, my country has implemented a series of specific labor policies. This book describes and analyzes the problems and policies facing labor rights protection in my country and some countries under the epidemic, outlines the challenges faced by my country's labor relations during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and makes recommendations on the trends and policies of labor relations in the new development stage. predict.
