Biography Paul has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a PhD in psychiatry. Paul joined Keele in 2007 with a research focus on musculoskeletal health and mental health within primary care. Paul took a new research management and support role at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust in 2019 and continues his links with Keele via his honorary role.
Research Interests Paul's research has mainly focused on health conditions common to the general population, predominately musculoskeletal pain conditions, mental health, and dementia. Paul's research has been conducted across a span of sectors including primary care, public health, and social care.
Teaching and Learning Teaching experience includes module development, lectures, seminars, and workshops at undergraduate and post graduate levels, as well as one to one supervision (dissertations, Masters, PhDs).
